Program Details
The Unstuck System (TUS) is a comprehensive monthly subscription program designed to facilitate personal growth, business development and the pursuit of passion. Membership includes access to:
Self-paced course with pre-recorded videos and a guidebook.
Weekly group coaching sessions.
An online community offering mentors, buddies, exclusive bonuses, live events, giveaways, and additional support.
Membership Fees and Payment Schedule
Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, billed monthly. After the initial 3 months, members can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, access to all membership benefits is immediately revoked.
Cancellation Policy
Members can cancel their membership at any time after the initial three-month period. Once canceled, members lose access to all features, including courses, coaching sessions, and the online community.
Member Obligations and Responsibilities
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to community guidelines. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all shared information within the community.
Termination of Membership
Natalie Cottrell reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of the terms and conditions or community guidelines. Members may terminate their own membership at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
Privacy and Data Protection
Member information is collected to provide and improve services. Personal data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. Members have the right to access and request the deletion of their data at any time.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from membership will be resolved through informal negotiation initially. If necessary, disputes will be governed by the laws of the state in which Natalie Cottrell operates.
Modification of Terms
Natalie Cottrell reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.Members will be notified of any changes via email.Continued use of the membership program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Liability and Disclaimers
Natalie Cottrell is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the membership services.All services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
Additional Services and Policies
Marco Polo Video Correspondence MP is a FREE video chat app that allows us to record, preview and send short videos to each other. With this communication package, you have access to 1 video correspondence per week. This option is reserved for small blocks that can typically be resolved in about 5 minutes of communication. If we find you need more substantial support, I may recommend a private coaching session to help you reach a breakthrough. Any unused polos for the week are forfeited and do not roll over into the next week. If you feel you don’t have a specific question, you could always use the video for an opportunity to check in and see if you are “on the right track” with your life design.
This is just as valuable as getting a question answered because a little confirmation goes a LONG way.
HOW IT WORKS - As you work through The Unstuck System, whenever you have a question or small need, just send me a polo! For best results, describe in as much detail the issue you are having and the outcome you hope to achieve through our communication. Here is an example of what you could say on the video: “Hey Natalie, it’s Jennifer. I’m finding that I’m still having a hard time writing the 1st chapter of my book. Every time I sit down to write, my brain goes blank and I give up after 5 minutes. I tried doing meditation and journaling beforehand, but it doesn’t seem to help. I could use some strategies to be more productive with my writing time and just how to get over this writer’s block.” Leave a message anytime and I will respond as soon as possible, M-F, 9am-6pm.
Private Coaching
This is where the REAL magic happens. In each session, we pay acute focus to 1, often recurring, block that keeps preventing you from moving forward. Sometimes several sessions are needed to uncover the real culprit that is standing in your way. Any cancellations or reschedules must be made with a 24-hour advance notice. Failure to comply forfeits your payment for that session. Please come with an open and honest mindset. The more honest you are, the more progress we can make!
HOW IT WORKS - I typically offer these sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through Zoom Calls or teleconference. You can schedule the day and time that works best for you using my calendar app. If there is not availability that is convenient for you in the calendar, just send me an email listing 3 options that fit your schedule and I’ll see if I can make one of them work!
Group Coaching
Our weekly Stretchy Coaching calls are an opportunity for all members to participate in some coaching and learning how to move forward on your big idea. These calls are optional and offered via Zoom every Thursday beginning 7/11/24 at 5pm PT. As a member of TUS, you will receive a weekly email with a reminder of the call and the Zoom link for those who choose to participate. As these calls sometimes spark deep vulnerability, the code of conduct must be highly adhered to as a safe, respectful environment with the utmost confidentiality.
HOW IT WORKS - Calls will start promptly at 5pm PT. Login early and join the waiting room for best results. Calls will begin with a reminder of the code of conduct and some framing for what to expect out of the session. If you would like to be coached during these sessions, just put your name in the chat and the coach will go down the list offering coaching to each person individually, 10-20 minutes each, depending on the number of participants.
Stretchy Community
AKA The Best Place On Earth to connect with like-minded people and get support from your counterparts who are pursuing big dreams just like you are. Just like the group coaching calls the code of conduct must be highly adhered to as a safe, respectful environment with the utmost confidentiality.
HOW IT WORKS - Log in daily to connect with your peers, ask and receive answers to your questions, find inspiring tips and strategies for living your fantasy life, attend live events only offered on this platform, partner up with a Dream Life Buddy to connect personally outside of the community and help each other through your journeys…and much more!
